3. Payments and Cancellations

3.1. Service Fees – Fees for wellness services are due at the time of service initiation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
3.2. Cancellation – You may cancel your service up to 48 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund. Later cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Service Delivery

4.1. Access – We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our platform, but occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or upgrades.
4.2. Content – All wellness materials and mental health guidance are for personal use only and may not be redistributed without permission.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. Return Policy – If you are not satisfied with a purchased wellness service, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been substantially utilized. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

7.2. Applicable Law – These terms are governed by Singapore law. The place of jurisdiction is Singapore.
